Goldrush Bela Bela Terms and Conditions

Goldrush Bela Bela is licensed to operate under the Gauteng Gambling Board and is open only to individuals who are 18 years or older. All users must provide valid proof of identity and address to meet FICA requirements. By accessing the platform or venue, users confirm legal compliance with applicable gambling regulations.

Account Setup and Verification

Each customer is entitled to one active account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts using altered credentials or proxy information will result in permanent exclusion. Verification includes submission of a valid South African ID and a recent proof of address. Failure to comply will prevent access to services.

Financial Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals must be made through bank accounts that are in the account holder’s name. Deposits above R10,000 require supporting documentation to verify the source of funds. Goldrush Bela Bela enforces a strict policy of no third-party payments or credit-based play.

Bonus Terms and Abuse Policy

Promotions, including sign-up bonuses, weekly draws, and seasonal campaigns, are subject to change and must be used in accordance with their individual terms.
